Rugby Art Gallery and Museum

The annual Rugby Open shows work from local artists, and now also further afield. It runs mid-November – mid-January. Applications are accepted from around September each year. Youth entries are also encouraged.

Floor One gallery is a hireable space for artists, makers, and groups to exhibit their own work. It is booked months ahead and there is a ballot where requested dates are oversubscribed. Contact RAGM to be added to the email list.

Art at the Alex is generally open Fridays and Saturdays 10-4 and First Thursday evenings (with live music) 4-8. It’s a great place to find Rugby Artists and Makers and their work. There’s a cafe, and it’s where our Network holds its meetings.  Check their website, or subscribe for their newsletter, for the latest news of events and openings.  (Closed Christmas – mid-Feb and in August.)
