Regular events, both local and the BIG ones are listed here, but do check the event’s own website for the most up to date information. Eventbrite, Stallfinder and Facebook events are other good ways of finding out what’s on.

Regular, local

Sustainable Saturdays The first Saturday of each month at St Andrew’s church, Rugby. Stallholders should have an eco ethos.

Crick Village Market Every third Saturday of the month (except August), 10-12, at Crick Primary School.

Discover Gather Give June & November, Stratford-upon-Avon. “An exciting and eclectic Arts Festival giving you an opportunity to discover a wealth of artisanal work in the region.”

FarGo Village markets include regular makers markets at Coventry.

Craft fairs at Dale Street methodist church have been scheduled for dates in October, November and December 2021, organised by Katie Jones.

Annual, local

Warwickshire Open Studios An annual county-wide selling exhibition at multiple locations. See the Opportunities to Exhibit page for more details. Register Dec-Jan for June-July event.

Rugby Open annual exhibition. See the Opportunities to Exhibit page for more details. There are other local Opens, including Coventry and Leamington Spa. Submissions from September for November opening.

Rugby Festival of Culture may include a market in Caldecott Park in the town centre. See also Opportunities to Exhibit for more details and information on other opportunities linked to this event.

Rugby Bikefest includes stalls in the town centre during the event.

Annual, national

Spring Fair and Autumn Fair

These are BIG trade fairs at the NEC in Birmingham attended by retailers of all sizes looking for new stock. It’s trade only but free to attend and a good place to find out more about the selling part of being creative. Stands are expensive but football is huge, and you don’t need to be huge to exhibit.

British Craft Trade Fair

April, Harrogate. Specialising in handmade work from across the British Isles.

The Contemporary Craft Festival

June, Devon. The best of contemporary craft nationally.
